Zusammenfassung:A device body of a railway high voltage traction transformer belongs to a field of manufacturing technology of a transformer, mainly comprising a hopper base of a transformer(15), a winding group(1), an iron chip(2) consists of an upper yoke(11) and a lower yoke(12). Bottom of the device body is arranged on plain surface of the hopper base(15) and the upper yoke and the lower yoke can form a solid body with the iron chip by a side beam(10), a pulling strip(6), a side pulling strip(9),a pulling plate(5), a high voltage upper clamping piece(3), a low voltage lower clamping piece(7), and a wedge compact wood block(16). A press plate(8), which is used to fulfill axle fixation by press nail(4) on the press board and the pulling plate on the iron chip, is arranged at end of the winding group. The utility model carries on series of optimum design for the components mentioned above in order to make all components work closely coordinate with each other by optimizing design of device structure of the railway high voltage traction transformer and to avoid any inspection of the transformer by suspended core after transported to a designated site.
