The new power generating device with wave comprises a stent, a pontoon, a transmission mechanism, a hydraulic system and a generator. The stent is fixed in the submarine and the upper of the stent is higher than sea surface. The pontoon is arranged in the stent and is connected with the transmission mechanism. The hydraulic system with a hydraulic cylinder is connected with the generator. The oil inlet and outlet of the hydraulic cylinder are both provided with check valves, the cylinder block of the hydraulic cylinder is provided with a piston. The piston is connected with the transmission mechanism through a connecting rod. The new power generating device with wave has high efficiency of the conversion of sea wave energy into mechanical energy and has high working stability.
