Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a radial ultrasonic crude oil dehydrating device for emulsion-breaking and dehydrating the oil-water mixed liquor on the complex oil field. A insulative transverter spacer ring (3) is arranged between individual ring shape transverter (1), the ring shape transverter (1) and the transverter spacer ring (3) rest on a central insulation rod (2) and are fastened axially by the transverter fastening bolts (4) on both sides of the central insulation rod (2). The oil-water liquor can be directly emulsified or emulsion-broken with low cost and good effects through utilizing simple process. The ultrasonic crude oil dehydrating device is a disposing device for separating the oil-water liquor on the oil field, which can simplify the crude oil dehydrating process, decrease the dehydrating cost and reduce environmental pollution, and is a substitution for the chemical crude oil dehydrating process.
