Zusammenfassung:	The alficetin artificial antigen is made by solving the alficetin into pyridomycin with succinic anhydride to have carboxy group in the alficetin molecule, adding EDAC and acepramin, making the carboxy group of the alficetin derivative condensing with the amidol of the acepramin, extending the carbon chain, getting the alficetin-carbon chain-carrier protein compound through carrier protein coupling. It is easy in application, and can be used for immune inspecting of the alficetin residue of zoonite with improved inspection level.
