Zusammenfassung:	When a crank shaft of an engine 10 has been provided with driving force, an AC generator 21 generates AC electric energy. The energy being generated by the AC generator 21 is converted to a certain voltage such as 14 V by a voltage regulator 23. A relay 25 which is close in usual time is connected to a fuel pump 15 which will be turned on when the voltage of the pump VP is applied thereon. In an ECU 30, a power source IC 33 generates source voltage VCC to be supplied to a micro-computer 35 and then the micro-computer can be operated. After turning on the engine 10, and when the micro-computer35 generates a stop signal, a coil 25b is excited to turn on a switch 25a which is close in usual time, thereby stopping supplying the fuel pump 15 with electric energy, and then the fuel pump can beshut down.
