Seed number producer and its producing method

A seed number generator, it is suitable to the operation system of electric device with central processor element. It includes interface element, seed number bumper and interrupt serving element. The seed number bumper connects to the interface element, through which to input the temporary seed number. The interrupt serving element connects to the central processing element, and the seed number refresh module of the interrupt serving will update the temporary seed number of the seed number bumper according to the timing value calculated by the OS timer of the central processing element. The OS timer is used to record the output of the oscillator inside the central processing element.
