Method for detecting process quality using factor sieving

At present, it is unable to carry out evaluating full line on-line optimization test (i.e. quality evaluation of full line working procedure) since various working procedures and parameters causes huge test quality. In earlier stage, using factor filtration to carry out quality evaluations of single working procedure or multiple working procedures, the disclosed method possesses advantages of small test quantity, and small data quantity, and easy of determination and evaluation. The method includes procedures: carrying out factor filtration test for single working procedure or multiple working procedures from theoretical research on test design and data analysis; using variance analysis to find out few key factors of playing decisive effect on test indexes; designing full line on-line optimization test based on the said few key factors.
