Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to liquid crystal display (LCD). Each pixel unit of the LCD includes a thin film transistor (TFT), a common electrode, and a pixel electrode. The pixel unit and the common electrode form a liquid crystal capacitance. TFT includes a grid, a source electrode, and a drain electrode connected to a pixel electrode. Voltage compensation unit including a comparator is connected to the above circuit. When voltage is loaded to the liquid crystal capacitance, the comparator compares potential of source electrode of TFT in time period from starting up time to closing time with potential of drain electrode after TFT shuts down, and then outputs signal of compensation voltage in order to compensate feed through voltage of TFT. The disclosed LCD can lower twinkling caused by feed through effect. The invention also discloses method for compensating feed through voltage of LCD. |
