Zusammenfassung:Using end point colorimetric method of 5 - ketoamine pentanoic acid anhydrase (KPAA) united to Ehrlich reaction, 5-KPAA carries out reaction of enzymolysis for ketoamine pentanoic acid to generate porphobilinogen. Through action of united Ehrlich reaction, porphobilin is generated finally. Using analytical apparatus in visible light measures magnitude of light absorption for different contents of porphobilin at 555nm wavelength. Measuring ascending degree of absorbency at 555nm, and comparing excited activations between sensitized and not sensitized 5-KPAA, the method measures and calculates density of lead in blood plasma. Features are: high specificity not polluted by matter from inner or outer sources, and accurate test result. Using a pair of agent for kit, the invention can reduce intercross influence from each component. Through ultraviolet / visible light analytical apparatus, the invention can obtain measured result so that it is convenient to be popularized further.
