Zusammenfassung:	The making process of PVC material suitable for being sewed includes the following steps: forming the pattern layer in the bottom of mold, filling PVC paste, spreading one cloth layer while the PVC paste is in semi-dry state, injecting thin liquid PVC layer, heating to cure, and demolding to obtain the PVC material. Thus made PVC material consists of a pattern layer, a main PVC layer, a cloth layer, and a thin PVC layer arranged successively. Owing to the sandwiched cloth structure, the PVC material is suitable for being sewed.
