Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to tobacco transport container for use in the tobacco-processing industry, comprising a peripheral wall part (11) that forms a bottom hole (13) and a top hole (14), and a bottom or top wall part (19) which closes the bottom hole or the top hole (13, 14). The inventive transport container is characterized in that the same further comprises at least one locking mechanism (60) which is effectively arranged between the bottom or top wall part (19) and the peripheral wall part (11), the bottom or top wall part (19) being removably fastened to the peripheral wall part (11) by means of said locking mechanism (60).
