It includes the following steps: working out the distance between the riling structure center to steel pile sleeve edge and according to it to make marking pole; calculating the angle between the riling top and the steel pile sleeve and fixing the marking pole on the riling top along the angle; calculating steel pile offset according to velocity of flow; hoisting the steel pile to enter water along the marking pole end, according to steel pile water entry depth to judge steel pile tilt angle with the calculated offset; adjusting the marking pole and inserting the steel pile into sleeve. Because of advanced judging the effect for the pile pitching from the sea water flow, the invention can make the steel pile enter water as the setting, directly insert under water sleeve.
