Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the detection method of the CO2 density and the diagnosing regent box. The formaldehyde dehydrogenase is to oxidize the reduced coenzyme (has the absorb wave in 340nm) to oxidized coenzyme (has no absorb wave in 340nm), so it can detect the degree or speed of absorbency decreasing in 340nm of reduced coenzyme to get the CO2 density. The method has the high specialty and precise testing result. The regent box includes: the buffer, the formaldehyde dehydrogenase, the reduced coenzyme and the stabilizer. It mixes the sample and the regent according to some volume ratio; the diagnosing regent box is made to double regent to decrease the cross influence and keep the solution stable. The invention can get the result by the ultraviolet/visible light analyzer.
