Zusammenfassung:	The invention comprises a bolt head and a screw with external screw threads. On the screw is opened an elongated slot having two slot edges. The short slot edge of the two edges is in parallel with the diameter of the screw and the height of the short slot edge at the thread nipple is one-ninth of the screw diameter. The length of the long edge slot is one-sixth of the screw diameter and the angle included between the short and long slot edges is 63 deg. Because of setting the elongated slot, when the screw is screwed towards the submerged hole, the resistance of the rear right-angle can propel the butter in the upper mouth of the screwed hole into the hole bottom and meanwhile can also remove the surplus material including air from the hole automatically.
