It is characterized by that the upper end of walking beam is equipped with a simple pendulum device, in the middle portion of supporting frame of simple pendulum a rack guideway is fixed, in the middle portion of pendulum bar a motor is fixedly connected. Said motor can be reciprocally moved on the rack guideway. Said invention also includes a controller, said controller can be used for detecting load and controlling motor so as to greatly raise efficiency of motor.
