Zusammenfassung:	The machining process of cylinder barrel and mouth includes the steps of: mounting tailstock chuck to replace tailstock finial in lathe, supporting the cylinder barrel with a hydraulic central frame, bearing the inner hole of the cylinder barrel with lathe spindle and the tailstock chuck for turning supporting socket, supporting the socket with the hydraulic central frame, withdrawing the tailstock chuck, and machining the cylinder mouth with multiple cutting site capstan. The present invention has the advantages of once clamping and locating for the whole machining process, unchanged machining datum, high coaxiality between the cylinder barrel and the cylinder mouth, high product quality, high production efficiency, etc.
