This invention relates to color ring and call display system and its method, which comprises the following steps: in sending call, for color ring user, the main or called exchanger selects relative color ring file from main or called exchange center according to the color ring set and then sends to communication terminal for process and displays them by display device to make the user wait for the called user set color ring and look at the call user set color ring.
