Electric machine and method for adjusting an axial distance therein
The invention relates to an electric machine (10) comprising a sensor (42) and a transmitter wheel (46) from which the sensor (42) axially taps a signal, a front surface (48) of the sensor (42) being adjacent to an annular surface (50) on a front side (52) of the transmitter wheel (46). Said electri...

Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an electric machine (10) comprising a sensor (42) and a transmitter wheel (46) from which the sensor (42) axially taps a signal, a front surface (48) of the sensor (42) being adjacent to an annular surface (50) on a front side (52) of the transmitter wheel (46). Said electric machine also comprises a shaft (22) to which the transmitter wheel (46) is fixed, a fixed bearing (26) and a movable bearing (24) in which the shaft (22) is mounted, and a housing (14). The transmitter wheel (46) can be axially displaced on the shaft (22). The electric machine (10) is provided with an abutment (36) comprising an abutment surface (38) which is oriented in the direction of the fixed bearing (26) or the transmitter wheel (46). Said transmitter wheel (46) also comprises an abutment surface (56). The abutment surface (38) of the abutment (36) and the abutment surface (56) of the transmitter wheel (46) axially face each other. The abutment surface (38) of the section (36) is embodied in relation to the abutment surface of the sensor magnet, in the direction of the transmitter wheel (46) or the fixed bearing (26), in such a way that the two facing active surfaces of the sensor and the transmitter wheel do not exactly touch. In this way, the performance variance of the assembled electric machine (10) is reduced by minimising the required axial distance tolerances between the sensor (42) and the transmitter wheel (46). |
