Zusammenfassung:	A system for transmitting single carrier and a transmitting method thereof are provided to insert additional information by using a Walsh code, thereby increasing the reliability of transmission signals. A scrambler randomizes transmitting data signals. An FEC(Forward Error Correction) unit corrects a bit error of an inputted data stream. A PN(Pseudo Noise sequence) information generator generates PN information. A Walsh code generator generates a Walsh code which is additional information related to the transmitting side. A logic combination unit logically combines the generated Walsh code with the PN information. A multiplexer inserts the combined Walsh code and the PN information into the data stream. Modulating unit, modulating the multiplexed TS. A IF downconversion, IF conversing the TS which coming from the modulating unit.
