Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an antihyperglycemic tea for body-building, which is prepared from green tea and Chinese medicinal composition fluid extract by the weight ratio of 1:1.2-1.8, and the Chinese medicinal composition fluid extract is prepared from (by weight ratio) haw 6-40 parts, alisol 5-30 parts, giant knotweed rhizome 6-40 parts, ginseng 1-7 parts, gynostemma pentaphylla 1-7 parts, dioscorea septemloba thunb. 0-10 parts, and prepared fleece-flower root 0-30 parts. The tea has the functions of resisting atherosclerosis and regulating blood pressure.
