A method and device for switch-over in mobile network communication

The invention relates to a method for switching in mobile network communication and relative device. Wherein, it can cut off the connection with former network gate when switches from one network gate to another network gate, to save network resource; said server comprises communication unit via wireless network gate to wirelessly communicate with mobile terminal; processor for switching from one wireless interface to another one when receives register request from communicate unit, and sending signal that stopping wireless connection generated by processor to the wireless network gate via communication unit, when the register request informs to stop present wireless connection, to release the wireless connection between server and access interface.
