Novel copper pipe end automatic processor

The invention relates to an automatic processor of the port of copper tube. Wherein, it comprises mechanical part and electric part; the mechanical part comprises frame, cylinder, gas tube, electromagnetic gas valve, compress mould, and punch mould; the electric part comprises knob, button, time relay, and pedal switch. And the method comprises that putting copper tube between upper and lower compressing moulds; the longitudinal cylinder piston rod drives the upper compressing mould downwards, to fix the copper tube in the upper and lower compressing moulds; the punch mould driven by the transverse cylinder piston rod punches the copper tube, to machine the port into needed shape; then the punch mould moves back by the transverse cylinder piston rod; the upper compressing mould moves upwards by the longitudinal cylinder piston rod. The invention has simple operation, high efficiency, and one-time shaping process.
