Zusammenfassung:	The invention is a battery cover structure of a portable electronic device, comprising a main body, a cover body, a button, first magnetic component and second magnetic component, where the main body is equipped with a battery holding part, the cover body is equipped with a fastening mouth, the bottom is equipped with a fastening block matching the fastening mouth and slidably fixed on the main body, the first magnetic component is fixed on the main body and the second magnetic component is fixed on the button, and the two magnetic components are opposite and their opposite ends have the same magnetism. Thus, it relatively saves labor for opening and closing the cover and the main body, convenient to use.
