Zusammenfassung:	This invention is a timer of refractive projector light source and its working method. The timer is composed by an unit for direction input; a light source driving unit; a controller for outputting the inputted direction and monitoring the light status and lighting time; a display unit signaled by the controller to show the lighting time. Since the timer directly acquires the lighting time from the light source, it accurately shows the lighting time and judges the correct light change time from nominating the light brightness.
