Lower vehicle body structure

The vehicle body lower structure in accordance with the present invention comprises a floor panel, a pair of right and left body side frames which are bonded to the lower side of a floor panel, a cross member which is spanned between the pair of the body side frames. In addition, this vehicle body lower structure is equipped with a floor intermediate beam which extends longitudinally along the vehicle body in the vicinity of the central section in the vehicle width direction. The floor center member is bonded to the rear end of the cross member while keeping a space between the floor center member and the lowermost surface of the cross member. According to the present invention, provided is a vehicle body lower structure which is further reinforced in the rigidity of the vehicle body by reinforcing the rigidity of a joining part between the cross member and the floor intermediate beam.
