The invented technical scheme includes the following steps: selecting meat and vegetable, adding flavouring material to prepare stuffing, placing said stuffing into mould, prefreezing stuffing and demoulding; selecting refined flour, kneading, proofing, making dumpling corappers; making clumplings and quickly-freezing dumplings, sealing-packaging and charging nitrogen gas.
