Low-voltage drop linear voltage regulator

This invention discloses a kind of voltage regulator which consists of reactive circuit, operational amplifier, grid-anode transconductant circuit, current mirror and power transistor. Reactive circuit provides output voltage according to the current in power transistor; one of the input channel in operational amplifier receives voltage and the other connects to reactive circuit; the grid-anode transconductant circuit connects to fan-out of operational amplifier and the input current from current mirror was regulated according to the export voltage; the mirror connects to the grid-anode transconductant circuit and drives the power transistor; power transistor provides current for the reactive circuit.
