Zusammenfassung:The enzyme resolving process for preparing chiral beta-hydroxy nitrile includes the following steps: 1. dissolving racemic beta-hydroxy nitrile in organic solvent and adding ester through full mixing; 2. adding enzyme into the reaction system to catalyze the esterification of beta-hydroxy nitrile at 10 deg.c-60 deg.c via stirring for 0.5-300 hr, with the consumption ratio between beta-hydroxy nitrile and enzyme being 0.001-100 mol to 1 g; and 3. filtering the reacted liquid and recovering enzyme. The process has wide applicable temperature range, high reaction selectivity and high conversion rate, and the product is R-beta-hydroxy nitrile with high optical activity.
