Zusammenfassung:	The process of purifying and producing biological diesel oil in rectifying tower or distilling tower includes the following steps: 1. esterification of vegetable oil and/or animal oil; 2. coarse separation of the esterification product to obtain coarse methyl ester or coarse ethyl ester; and 3. purifying the coarse methyl ester or the coarse ethyl ester in rectifying tower or distilling tower at temperature of 100-280 deg.c and vacuum degree of 100-5000 Pa to separate out methanol or ethanol and glycerin and obtain biological diesel oil. The produced biological diesel oil has purity up to 98 % and reaches relevant international standard. The process without water washing and drying step is simple, water saving and no waste water pollution.
