The production of the fertilizer especially for seed water melon includes mixing the said materials, fermentation in the fermenting tank, pelletizing in a double screw pelletizer, stoving and packing. The fertilizer is used as the basal fertilizer and top dressing for seed water melon, and can promote the growth of water melon vine and leaf and produce high quality water melon seed.
