Zusammenfassung:The method of calibrating the angle of small carriage to machine cone with tailstock sleeve of lathe includes the following steps: attracting the magnetic dial indicator to the small carriage of lathe and pointing the pointer of the dial indicator to the outer surface of the lathe tailstock sleeve; rotating the axial shifting lead screw of the small carriage slowly for the small carriage to move forwards by the distance of the cone bevel edge; and fixing the horizontal angle of the small carriage after the pointer of the dial indicator shows the half difference between the great diameter and the small diameter of cone. The said method can machine cone in high conicity precision, high machining quality, high machining efficiency and low material consumption.
