| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to Chinese medicine technology, and discloses lysimachia herb total flavone extract and its preparation process. Lysimachia herb is treated through ethanol reflux extraction, centrifuging, eluting on macroporous resin and other steps to obtain the extract with lysimachia herb total flavone content of 30-80 %. The flavone compounds in the extract are analyzed in fingerprint to determine 32 common peaks. Pharmaceutical experiment shows that the effective lysimachia herb part extract possesses the functions of benefiting gall bladder, removing calculus, promoting urination, diminishing inflammation, relieving pain, etc, and may be used as the active component for calculus treating medicine and produced into different pharmaceutically acceptable preparations. |
