Zusammenfassung:	A perforating apparatus (100) comprising a structure in which replacement can be easily conducted corresponding to the perforation conditions such as the punch holes and number of holes, and in which condition settings and position determination can be automatically recognized during replacement; the perforating apparatus comprises a perforation device comprising a punch (8) to conduct perforation processing on the paper; the perforating apparatus (8) comprising a structure (32, 33) in which said perforation device can be inserted into and detached from a non-moving support unit (33) comprising the drive source of a lateral registration adjustment device (38), and when mounted, the type of perforation device can be recognized.
