Wherein, it comprises that degelatinizing the pod and using cotton machie to prepare cotton sheets, arranging cotton sheet in normal temperature to expand sericin; degelatinizing the cottom sheet; cooling, poaching, and neutralizing, adding flexible agent, filtering; adding water-resistant agent, drying at 100-150Deg. C for 30-60mins; tensioning the dried cotton sheet, to expand the cotton sheet, and packing it into coat.
