The invention relates to a portable vehicle waxing cleaner, which comprises frame, brush roller inside the frame, and power device rotating the brush roller. Wherein, said frame has waterproof wall to separate the inner space into water chamber and non-water chamber; the brush roller is mounted at water chamber, to extrude outside the frame via the open of water chamber; the power device is mounted at non-water chamber; the water groove is mounted inside the water chamber to extend along the axle of brush roller; and it also comprises handle as water tube; the handle is through to the tube of water groove; the handle can be detached from frame; the water chamber has waxing open with a wax cylinder extending outwards; the wax cylinder is mounted with wax box; the wax box comprises box and the wax pusher for approaching wax to the brush roller.
