The culture medium comprises potato 80-120g, soya bean cake 40-60g, wheat bran 40-60g, addex-magnesium 8-15g, VB1 0.3-0.6g, amylaceum 10-20g, protease leather 3-7g, monobasic potassium phosphate 1-3g and distilled water 1000g. The other formulation is potato 180-220g, amylaceum 10-30g, protease leather 3-7g, monobasic potassium phosphate 1-3g and distilled water 1000-1200g. The technology has the advantages of simple technology and high chromium content.
