The invention supplies a CPU that is used to process at least one encrypted programs. It includes process and high speed buffer section; secrete section that contains device key storing unit, key managing units that each corresponds to key managing indexing; decrypting unit to take decryption to gain managing key that would be stored to a managing key storing unit and output with the corresponding managing key indexing to take relating to the encrypted key unit. The decrypted unit also calls corresponding managing key according to MKI to take decryption to encrypted section. And the program code and/or data would be directly transferred to high speed buffer section of the CPU.
