Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses a hydrophilic priming material. Said priming material is formed from solution A, solution B and solution C. The composition of solution A includes 1 portion of rosin and 20-50 portions of ethyl alcohol, the composition of solution B includes 1 portion of solution A, 0.1-2 portions of starch, 0.2-1 portion of white latex and 5-10 portions of water and the composition of solution C includes 1 portion of solution A, 1-5 portions of starch, 0.5-2 portions of white latex and 5-15 portions of water. Said invention also provides the application method of said priming material for making drawing handiworks.
