Zusammenfassung:	A guide tube for the spherical bag whose internal temp can be controlled for thermotherapy to the molignant lesion of narrow tubular cavity is disclosed. An one open end of said guide tube is wrapped by said spherical bag and has three separated lateral holes with respective channels. A temp sensor arranged in said spherical bag is led out through one of the lateral holes and relative channel in sealed mode.
