Realizing call transfer through SIM card remote control

This invention relates to a device used in communication terminals capable of realizing remote call and transfer including: a R-T module used in receiving a call transfer control instruction from the exchange center and transmitting instruction data to it, a memory used in storing said instructions, an authenticator for authenticating the sending party of said instruction, a call transfer processor, in which, when the authentication is passed, if said transfer control instruction instructs it to transfer the call entering into the local communication terminal to another destination terminal, it picks up the communication number of the destination terminal from the control instruction and sends an instruction to the exchange center to instruct it to transfer the call entering into this terminal to the destination terminal, if said instruction instructs it to cancel the above mentioned call transfer, it sends and instruction to the exchange center to instruct it access the call entering into this communication terminal to the local communication terminal.
