Perforation efficiency detecting system under analogue storage layer condition

The system mainly includes high temperature, high-pressure generation installation, test chamber in high temperature, high-pressure generation, pressure balancing compensation system for perforation procedure, measurement and control system, and safety monitoring and controlling system. Under simulated reservoir behavior (high temperature, high-pressure), perforation tests in single shot and multi shots are possible to carried out for steel, concrete, sandstone, and limestone targets etc. The system can test parameters including depth, aperture, thickness of compaction strap, interference between bullets, and distortion of gun etc. of perforator. The invention is applicable to evaluating perforator, and basal experimental investigation of perforation technique. Transient pressure sensors are installed on top and sidewall of test chamber to record transient pressure precisely.
