The pine pollen talcum powder consists of pine pollen 20-50 wt%, talc powder 30-60 wt%, zinc oxide 2-4 wt%, kaolin 8-12 wt%, zinc stearate 4-6 wt%, menthol 0.05-0.15 wt%, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.05-0.15 wt%, methyl hydroxybenzoate 0.2- 0.4 wt%, and essence 0.2-0.6 wt%. The preparation process includes dissolving partial material in ethanol, twice wall breaking treatment of pine pollen, mixing and other steps. The present invention has the functions of moistening skin, absorbing sweat, sterilizing, stopping itch, etc. and has excellent treating effect on eczema, diaper dermatitis, acne, etc.
