The ultraviolet generating device generates ultraviolet to purify air. The ozone-generating device generates or stores ozone and discharge the ozone into the said ultraviolet radiated air. The air-purifying device using the said method includes the ultraviolet generating device and the ozone-generating device. This invention can instantly purify air and has evident sterilizing and disinfecting effect.
