Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses method of recovering and utilizing nitrocellulose boiling afterheat and the direct water-steam heat exchanger. Recovering the afterheat can lower the nitrocellulose producing cost greatly. The method includes the following steps: 1. conveying steam in 0.10-0.45 MPa pressure via pipeline to nitrocellulose boiling tank for boiling nitrocellulose; and 2. conveying the waste steam produced during boiling to the direct water-steam heat exchanger to heat the cold water and obtain hot water at 60-95 deg.c. The direct water-steam heat exchanger includes one hollow casing with water inlet, waste steam inlet and hot water outlet, and inside the casing, water and waste steam are mixed directly for heat exchange with greatly raised heat exchange efficiency and hot water temperature.
