Process of preparing hard grain with waste paper-making stuffing

The present invention relates to process of preparing hard grain with waste paper-making stuffing, and the hard grain is used in replacing quartzite for building. The process includes the following steps: 1. compounding material containing calcium carbonate not lower than 60 wt% with the waste paper-making stuffing; 2. mixing the compound material in 40-80 wt%, fly in 15-45 wt% ash and Portland cement in 5-15 wt% through stirring and rolling while adding 30,000 times diluted water solution of malic acid polymer in 20 wt%; and 3. extruding the mixture material and crushing via bumping to ground to obtain the hard grain. The present invention can dispose waste paper-making stuffing while making hard grain for building.
