The network comprises a mobile station with subscriber information, a base station subsystem, and a network subsystem. The network of the invention is characterized by means for detecting device information from signals sent from the mobile station, a detector for handling the detected information, and a repository for storing device information. The method of the invention is characterized by detection of device information of a mobile station that attaches to the network. The detected device information is compared with the device information stored in the network and stored if it does not correspond to the information previously stored in the network. |
