Zusammenfassung:Provided are a composite girder for a bridge and a bridge construction method using the same. In the provided composite girder, a steel member is composed with concrete such that a plurality of PC steel wires are pre-arranged along the length of the steel member using a sheath, the steel member having a cross-section conforming to that of the composite girder, and the PC steel wires are stressed and anchored after casting concrete into the steel member. In addition, the composite girder includes elongate members protruding from upper and lower ends of the steel member flanges.
