Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a motor rotation speed testing device with rotor frequency method, wherein it comprises a motor, a programmable controller PLC, and a sine wave-square wave convert circuit; the test signal input of convert circuit is connected to the two-phase wire of motor rotor coil, while the output is connected to the high-speed input of programmable controller PLC; the high-speed impulse output of controller PLC is connected to the account input of high-speed counter. The invention can use internal circuit to measure the frequency of rotor voltage, without adding motion element, to real-time calculate out the rotation speed of motor, to improve the system reliability and save the producing cost. |
