The invention is also characterized in that: the torch is designed into primary-and-secondary structure; and several torches can be integrated into focusing lighting lamp (primary machine); the charger via accumulator can be charged via direct current, to be charged via alternative current via external power source; and another torch (secondary machine) can utilize different spectrum wavelengths to generate different colors.
