Half water based cleaning liquor in use before coating IT0 glass

This invention relates to a semi-waterborne cleaning liquid for ITO glass. The cleaning liquid comprises: sodium salt (sodium phosphate, sodium pyrophosphate or sodium peroxypyrophosphate) 20-25 wt.%, organic alkali (triethanolamine, diethanolamine or hydroxyethyl ethyldiamine) 1-5 wt.%, nonionic surfactant (peregal, OP-10 or OP-20) 10-20 wt.%, JFC permeating agent 5-15 wt.%, and deionized water. This invention uses sodium salt to substitute acetone, and the organic alkali and the organic substances have a good miscibility. The cleaning liquid can eliminate the residues on the product surface as well as improve the smoothness of the product surface, and has such advantages as no harm to human health, low flammability and high safety.
